Return + Exchange Policy

We will gladly accept returns or exchanges of new, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered clothing and handbags with all tags intact along with your original receipt within 14 days of receiving your package. Swimsuits must have the hygienic plastic cover in place.

Orders may be returned for a full refund or exchange.

We are not responsible for lost packages or non-Sophie Cruz merchandise included in any returns.

Jewelry – Earrings

Due to hygienic reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for any pierced earrings.

Custom Items

All custom items are ineligible for return or exchange.

Final Sale Items

All final sale items are ineligible for return or exchange.

Defective Items

Defects or damage must be reported within 7 days of receipt to customer support at hello@sophiecruzatelier.com. If not reported within 7 days, we will not accept the return or exchange. 

Please note that the conditions below are not deemed as defective in quality:

  • Damages due to use, wash, improper maintenance, self-repair, modifications, or other human factors.

Incorrect or Missing items

If you believe you received an incorrect item or are missing an item, please contact us at hello@sophiecruzatelier.com within 24 hours of receiving your package with photo documentation.

How to Return or Exchange Items

  • Step 1: Please contact us at hello@sophiecruzatelier.com, indicating the item(s) you would like to return, the order number, the reason for the return or exchange, and a photo of the item in its current state. If there are quality issues, please provide images of the exact faulty parts of the items.

  • Step 2: If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a shipping label. 

  • Step 3: Once Sophie Cruz Atelier receives your returned items, they will be inspected, processed, and our customer service team will get back to you with confirmation of your exchange or refund!
